Albrecht Krieger was born in Germany and transformed into a biological superman through a strict regimen of "miracle foods" and genetic treatments developed by his scientist father. Acting as a living embodiment of Nazi ideology, he possessed physical attributes considered superior to any normal human, serving Adolf Hitler as an agent of terror and destruction.

Under the Copyright Act of 1909, which was in effect at the time, works were granted an initial copyright term of 28 years. To secure the full protection, the copyright had to be renewed during the last (28th) year of that first term, 1969. No such renewal was filed for Captain debut in Master Comics # 21 as far as we have been able to determine. This places him in the public domain.

Current Incarnation (PDSH)

In our version of the character, Perdita DeVachron's late brother, Wulf, once known as the WarWulf during WWII, has been cloned by Dr. Sivana Jr. but without consciousness. She has her own consciousness transferred into the cloned body of her late brother and then uses Victor's technology to steal a share of the power of SHAZAM from Billy Batson.
